We use it every second of every day, yet most of it remains a mystery. The human mind is a universe—vast, complex, and filled with wonders we are only beginning to understand. Despite extraordinary scientific progress, our thoughts, emotions, memories, and consciousness still hold secrets that challenge everything we think we know.

1. The Power of the Subconscious Mind Did you know that the subconscious mind controls nearly 95% of our daily behavior?
